In response to an email enquiry I sent, asking about Tyhee's plans for the March 1-4 PDAC in Toronto http://www.pdac.ca/pdac/conv/index.html

We intend to have a booth for the first two days of the investor forum. We may look into presenting but are still undecided about that.
SO, fellow investors, what do you suppose the situation in the juniors / gold sector will be at that time? I bet that it's much improved, and that Dave Webb will have some news released prior to that, such as that there will be winter drilling this year, and progress on the environmental / permitting side...progressing towards being a mine...
What will Tyhee be displaying at the convention? They'll have some information on how the mine at ormbsy will be proceessing ore from the constellation of properties, and that drilling is continuing 'as we speak' on Clan Lake, and that tyhee had the confidence and excellent management to get through this shake out (fall 2008) in fine shape, and even made some gains in cost saving, preserving key personnel, progressing the plans...
They'll also have renewed interest from those fund managers, who, in March 2009 may be looking to put money back into the junior sector. Even Kevin O'Leary will be there, now investing in gold after his recent turn back towards gold, and ending his recent commitment to oil, and 'cash is king' prefernence.
Others, turning to gold for the first time, will be the ones targetted in the investors presentations....
And we small time investors, who held faithful but are now tapped out, we'll be flies on the wall watching the game move up to a bigger league, where things are out of our hands...where M&A activity like this weekend's CSM deal, taking share price from 15 cents to 30 cents today...like ABX looking to add resources...these things will be in play at the PDAC.
I'm going, and I don't normally take the time for such trips. It's almost as exciting as going to the 2010 winter olympics in Vancouver.
