Dave’s response (I paraphrase):
Since exploration costs are Tyhee's biggest , they would suffer more than that for permitting and engineering.
But, most of the big expenses involved in permitting and engineering have been made and what largely remain are the lower cost desktop studies.
However, since March 2009 is when funding for the 2009 exploration program will be determined, there is effectively no change in Tyhee’s normal operation.
