Right after I saw your first post today I checked the prices on both stocks. Obviously OZN was up because of its purchase. But IAG was up too because its holders thought they got a mighty good deal.

I suspect very few Tyhee shareholders would be willing to part with their stake in this company for such a paltry premium.
