I'm there with you on gold however if you were to take a K-wave view of things, then winter is not a good time for commodities, you would need a much greater washout of financial assets/debt before a new cycle can begin.

I'm not weeded to the K-wave idea however it does paint a neat picture that the 70's was he summer phase, the 90's was the Autumn and we are now in the winter phase. What national currencies come and go during this phase is anyones guess however, it just feels wrong to suggest that a new base metal run is at hand imo
