MR, that article points out that the US govt is in no shape to bail anybody out. As I read this, and I truly beleive that P.S. has the most coherent understanding out there...my mind came up with an image of the US govt as a wine-o sharing his last half-bottle of wine with his now destitute and homeless Wall Street broker.

Let's remember, when a man's life is destroyed, he seeks company of the same ilk, and wine-o's on skid row are very generous people. What have they got to lose?
