A Hostile Takeover of Tyhee?

Webb says the success (or failure) of a Tyhee hostile takeover would be determined by its shareholders and, that in addition to its underground resources, its invaluable personnel would have to go along with a buyout for a takeover to succeed.

Could we the opposed shareholders and Tyhee staff really put a stop to an acquisition?
