To my mind, a Tyhee buyout by AEM or any other good mid or top tier gold company would be a defeat, a failure, a shameful resignation that the very excellent team whose primary desire is to go it alone into production, has been ruined. Call it ego or pride, vis a vis, what Mark Bailey did at Minefinders, but if the sucky financial environment pushed Tyhee to sell out, I think it'd be a sad day for team and I can't see that as a plus for any acquirer going forward.
