Zero Interest Rate Policy

Gang.. here is a Federal Reserve paper in 2000 about a zero interest rate environment(almost there now with T bills paying less than 0.1%). See chapters on wealth creation and money rains.

I have to admit that I was not totally convinced we would see hyperinflation until I read this paper. We are doing many of the items in this paper. I am totally convinced we are about to see some money drops like we can't even imagine which will be great for gold.
