If and when you get a report from your friend on what the process is like for him, what hoops he has to jump through or what resistance he encounters, I think we would all appreciate learning about the process.

Hell, I don't have enough for an entire contract right now, but I know enough people who do, and if we could get a detailed example of how one goes about this, I know they would want in.

I think what has been keeping most from pursuing this is the "mystery behind the curtain" factor... most people only have experience buying and selling through a stock broker, and are unsure how to go about buying on the COMEX.
