OSK buying back shares

OSK announced that they're buying back shares today. Normally I don't agree with such but they have over 300 mil in the bank and this should put a floor under the share price.

As I look around I see a lot of juniors with more cash in the bank than their market cap. ALS is one. NGD is very close but NGD is producing gold now and have assets valued at 2 1/2 times their market cap.

I think we're about to see more share buybacks and some takeover activity. It'll be interesting to see how G (GG.us) does after their 3rd QTR nums come out later in the month. It might jolt investors into the realization that these guys are all making a pile of dough. In the case of Goldcorp, they're a very low cost producer. Now a lower cost producer as the price of oil has dropped. Yes, Gold has also dropped but I don't think demand has. I would expect G can sell every bar they produce. So what does it matter what the price of gold is. It's the difference between their costs of getting it out of the ground and what they can sell it for that matters.
