I don't think I am going out on a limb when I say that capital will be available for WORTHY projects at some point in the next year or so. If not, then the world will likely be in a depression so long and grueling that it really will not matter. You better know how to till, plant tomatoes and beans, train large attack dogs and shoot a large gun.
