Fixed vs. Variable rate on my lone

The Bond market is in a bubble. A huge bubble...so it will at some point deflate, probably sooner than later. As/when it does, interest rates will skyrocket so you do not want to have any variable rate loans out there IMHO.

Lock it into a fixed rate asap. Reduce risk.
