I'm not sure what or if this means anything but CEF was up 5% today, compared with GLD which was up .25%. CEF also has silver but typically it runs pretty close to GLD. I tend to buy or sell CEF a little when I see a large discrepency like this.

The selloff in GLD at the end of the day seemed odd to me. Perhaps it was nervousness or the so called cartel at work. I suspect it was unnatural though.

For Gold to move up it's going to have to make a significant gain overnight because they won't let it happen in NY. They don't seem to have the same control in oversea's markets. If gold moves up $20.00 tomorrow, that would be 3 nights in a row... should bring enough buyers to NY tomorrow to make it hard for the cartel to drive things down.
