Absolutely not. Most people and countries are very forgiving when it comes to lost money, whelchers and cheaters. What's more, the world loves the USA, particularly those countries holding the debt like China who will always remember with fondness the way the US has treated them over the years and surely repay that with similar kindness.

Some may suggest otherwise, that Russia, Germany, China and certain Arab nations may not feel favorably towards the USA. That they have been waiting for a time of weakness to exact revenge on perceived injustesses done to their countries but I feel that's just a bunch of whooey. Once some of the dust settles, I think you can expect a very benevolant world which pours out nothing but kindness and good favor toward the USA.
