Decent idea but at this time, I think you hold on to every penny you have. Outstanding shares has always been an issue for TDC but right now, with financing becoming so difficult other companies will have to bloat out their floats just to get enough cash to hang on for another year.

Cash is the bank is the single most important asset at the moment. Any company that has it will survive and thrive and will be able to pick up other companies with none at a song. I rather think that a little of that money should be put to work grabbing other properties, when the time is right.
