I saw Gartman on CNBC and he has flip flopped on gold now. He referenced a press release out of China where they evidently said that the Chinese should not hold US dollars and should accumulate Gold. Gartman said that note had implications on the big move up in Gold since the Chinese government is behind all major press releases.

My question - has anyone seen this press release? If so, could you paste a link?
