Hey everyone:
I know this is off topic, but is anybody else having delivery delays with Kitco. I have two outstanding orders, one for 50 silver maples ordered on July 28, and the second order for 100 maples dated August 9. I have received two emails from Kitco apologizing profusely for the delay..etc..etc...you know.
I wrote back to them saying I understand the delay, but that the Kitco site should have stated the product was currently unavailable when I was thinking about placing the order at which point I would have gone to another supplier.
Anyhow, anybody else have any similar stories.
