The flood of $$ for bank bailouts is increasing, but note that all press is on Fridays and little press has been issued on the last few failures. This whole mess will be held together until after the election in November. I pity the poor sole who inherits this mess; it will not make any difference who wins.

Note that there are 10 failures thus far in 2008 with 6 of those in July and August( Not a good trend).

This is about the only thing that gives me any ability to hold onto my precious metal shares and be able to sleep at night. It is my confidence that many, many banks will fail and Uncle Ben will be there for Wall Street with his moneymaker.
