Is it your position that Central Banks are unable to intervene and for awhile create artificially low prices?
All it takes is a slight decrease in the supply of credit, things look deflationary, and men of means are able to acquire things cheaply while retail investors look around dazed and confused. Then the flood of money comes, when people demand that officials do something.
I've been getting lots of banks sending all sorts of entreaties to my business as well. No thank you, I hold most of my assets outside the banking system, am spread out over 3 banks and 3 brokerages to mitigate risk of loss of the time value of assets in an inflationary environment.
