have you considered that your Terraced Houses were somewhat like Gold?

Just like Gold, the prices of those houses has about quadrupled in the last 10 years or so.

It's often been said that, "the price of an ounce of gold has always equaled the price of a well tailored suite".

Could the same number of well tailored suites be purchased with the sale price of your houses ten years ago as they can now with the their current sale price?

You could have bought gold 10 years ago.

If so, at least you don't need to call a plumber in the middle of the night if your bullion springs a leak.
