This is a good sign. Note, they are further ahead on resources, but behind on other creitera as man posters have noted. But it should put some interest into the sector, and is the first of many JVs/acquisitions. Don't worry, Tyhee won't be offered up at this stage. There is no reason for the board or main investors to have any interest in being taken out.
The future prospect of JV, however, rises with each other late stage developer or explorer being taken out....
Eyes on the prize, even if I had to sell some shares this week at a deep loss!
