Maybe one reason we have to wait so long for the PA is that in the final step required to review this document before it is disseminated as a news release, what normally would be a one page announcement with a bunch of drill results, is more like a Dostoevsky novel.

War and Peace is not something you expect to knock off in one evening's read.

Or, maybe it's just too big? And they can't get it through the door.
