Mises,
Usually more shares are traded per day (liquidity) on the Canadian TSX exchange with TDC.V . With more liquidity, you get more opportunities for getting a trade executed quickly, or at all, depending on how many bid and offers there are.
The America Pink Sheet exchange, using TYHJF sometimes has a greater separation/"spread" between the bid and ask prices. That means that sometimes you pay more to buy in and sell out.
I think I got this right? Anyone? Help!
That's what I know about this! So, It's better, many say, to trade on the TSX. Fedelity trades on the TSX even though they use the symbol TYHJF. Fidelity charges a too high commission.
