I just got an email from Dave Webb. Here is a paraphrased version of it.

He reminded me that in Tyhee’s April 3, 2008 news release it said “Work on the Preliminary Assessment is continuing. The new Nicholas Lake resource is being incorporated into the study which is planned to be completed by the end of June 2008.”

He then added that nothing has changed since that April announcement. He said that once the PA is completed and given to Tyhee, management will review it and it will also be given to a third party engineer to review it for any “fatal flaws”.

Following that, it goes to the board with the engineer’s comments and managements recommendations.

After that a news release will be drafted to be reviewed by the PA’s contributors, Tyhee’s IR firm, corporate lawyers, and board.

If approved, it will then be sent to Market Regulation Services as a “material release”.

He could not be sure of the time needed to complete this process; he couldn’t say this will take 3 days or 10 days.

But, he said, “it will be soon”.
