I received a response from Dr. Webb about the naked short position.

I will try to sum up what he has said.

The company is monitoring the situation as the naked short situation can be a sign of illegal activity. However, it seems like their transfer agent is on the ball and is keeping track of all legitimate shares. I guess what he means is that whoever is purchasing shares of Tyhee is getting legitimate shares(not counterfeit ones) transfered to them, even though sometimes they may be late.

On a side note: he mentioned that the PA was still expected before the end of june....
