I wonder if the economics, even with the distance over 10 k, couldn't be better than two completely different mines. For instance, Clan Lake could have a simple concentrator that upped the grade before sending it off to the mill at another site for processing. And the work camps, etc, could be a compromise sothere wouldn't be duplication of resources that way.
