B2, I disagree in part with your comment. The distance from Clan Lake to the Ormsby site is about 27 Km. This is outside the economic distance for trucking, which is about 10 KM, or less with higher economic assumptions on fuel costs.
But the "two birds" idea of yours is still solid. The thing is that if we look at Clan Lake as having the potential well beyond 600,000 Oz, which is in line with the company having sent that larger, deeper drill there, then we can look at Clan Lake as a distinctly separate operation. A second mine site. This gives the company the option of allowing a major to buy in or buy out ONE of the two birds, and thus accelerating the company growth and exploration of the tertiary properties like Big Sky.
Would you, as a shareholder, want to accept a $500 million dollar cash injection at Ormsby to give up 50%, and still hold in TDC 100% of Clan Lake and Big Sky? I would.
