Now we know that Webb WILL NOT be notifiying investors when/if there's an existing company-wide "BLACK OUT" period for insider buying/selling TDC.V.

(A BLACK OUT period is when Webb knows there's material NEWS coming out (good or bad) and, so he prohibits insiders from buying or selling TDC.V.)

SOoooo, if we see don't see anything happening by Tyhee insiders then, perhaps there's something brewing....

That was certainly true this last time around with the great Clan Lake results! But, no trading could also mean bad news' coming.
