That was a paraphrased portion of an email Dave Webb sent to me last month.

I do not know the answer to your question, but will add it to the other 22 questions on my list for Dave for this coming Monday in New York City.

I just got an email from him saying that he was just too busy now getting to leave for the Resource Convention in Boston this week, working on the PA and news releases!!!

So, my guess is that we'll have to wait 'till next week for the answer unless someone here knows.
