20121, I'm not so sure they are talking about DW when they talk about  an "arms length YK businessman."  First off he is not Yukon-based (more like Vancouver I believe).  Also, I doubt he could do anything at arms length.  Disclosure regarding insiders is very extensive and explicit, and it must include any and all transactions.  I highly doubt he could do anything arms length without eyebrows being raised.
