Go to the Information Circular, page 15, and read the last paragraph.

It reads "Additional information relating to the Company is included in the Company's Annual Report which includes the audited financial statements for the years November 30, 2007 and November 30, 2006 the report of the auditor and the related management's discussion and analysis ..."

To me, this means the Annual Report includes the audited financial statements.

I received a pamphlet entitled 2007 Annual Report. But the Annual Report does not include audited financial statements.

This is the first time ever I received an AGM package without the audited financial statements.
