You can earn activity points by filling your profile with information about yourself (what city you live in, your favorite team, blogs etc.)
My mailing was just an annual exploration report. I never thought about that much until you mentioned it because I downloaded them from SEDAR ahead of time anyway.
It does, however, quite clearly state in the report that financials can be downloaded at SEDAR.
