Truth Machine and Apple Pie, thanks for bringing us back to politics. Fact is you can't entirely separate politics from any meaningful discussion on the price of gold or the direction of the sector. There is no other investment vehicle that is more of an expression of ones political views.

As for my bashing of Americans... of course I do. It is not only my right but my duty as a Canadian. I do take exception to the inclusion of the word "mindless" in my pursuit as I consider most of my comments about our myopicly oriented cousins to the south at least a little thought out.
