Jim is a member of the board of Kimber and their current direction is to sell or find a merger partner. 

He was also talking about someone consolidating the small silver companies in Mexico so I would assume he is actively pursuing this.

I think it would make less sense to include Tyhee because the real benefits of a merger are to share the mine infrastructure and other facilities which would only work on a local scale.
