I thought the pers guarantee for pamt by Norris was very interesting...it would seem like with the commercial real estate market that this may not have been necessary or LRAD as a majority owner could have guaranteed it...jmo....but Norris is putting his stakes into this one...i found it interesting...maybe nothing.
