Ya I've always thought the same thing. Unless the underwriter is actively seeking buyers and making sales pitches etc. they are being paid ridiculous amounts of money for brokering deals and not doing all that much.
Seems very similar to real-estate agents who spend a tank of gas and 3 hours of their time and feel they have "earned" that $15k in commission. Not that I'm bitter or anything lol.
Hopefully we see news by next week and are well on our way to the $4-5+ mark like we should be. I suspect this will be inevitable with the intercepts they have been finding and other potential. JMHO.
