I agree, the substance of the email should not be an issue.  I debated that myself with the last email I received from Wayne; however ended up including a direct quote of part of it just to ensure I didn't incorrectly paraphrase the information.

I was also surprised how fast he was to reply to my questions.  I got a response within a half-hour - very impressive.
