A fully functional demo of GameTree.tv was unveiled at the Intel Developer Forum on September 24th and a follow on
prototype then showcased at the International Consumer Electronics Show (CES) in Las Vegas from January 7th -
10th of 2010. Management believes that the distribution of content through digital vehicles will displace the traditional
consumer packaged goods distribution model over the next few years. As such, Management also believes that the
digital availability of video games in the digital home, whereby the consumer can access and enjoy interactive
entertainment content through a single ubiquitous device (i.e. the next generation set-top box) represents an
exponentially growing revenue opportunity.

Subsequent to the Intel Developer Forum, the Company has been actively engaged in business discussions with cable operators and OEMs globally while, in parallel, starting the process of building out the infrastructure for the GameTree.tv platform in addition to the development of the prototype. The allocation of resources, including management time, continued through Q2 and this is expected to continue until the Company builds out a complete team that can have the full GameTree.tv offering ready for commercial deployment by the middle of the calendar year 2010.
