I have a contact that has told me that SNC Lavelin is no longer involved with this project. The construction contract has been awarded but can't say who to. Tonbridge will be conducting the procurement process themselves. With the recent release of the final environmental impact statement Tonbridge has begun negotiations with various vendors who will be supplying the material.
