Some more things to note....

More things to note about the Russian acquisition:

- They are in RUSSIA. As we all know, CANADIAN properties usually run about a 50% premium. Still, I will use $170/oz to keep it as realistic as possible.

- You might note that it is an extremely rich deposit, where as ours is more bulk tonnage type. True, but what it all boils down to is cost per oz. to mine, bottom line, end of story. The heap leach runs about $290/oz, (someone check that for me). Despite the higher grade, I am sure the distance between the deposit and the mill (90 KM!!) would lead their input costs to be higher than ore trucked from the Gil.

And the kicker....

" Kinross currently expects Northern Gold's current estimate to define a potential mineral deposit of approximately 3.5-3.9 million tonnes at an average grade of 17-19 g/t Au. This expectation is based on Northern Gold's drill results, recently submitted reserve estimates, and other information reviewed by Kinross. While Northern Gold has reported reserves for Dvoinoye to applicable Russian authorities under the Russian reserve and resource classification system, estimates have not yet been prepared in accordance with NI 43-101.(1) "

There was no 43-101 for this property when they calculated the resource.

Anything else I'm missing please post it.
