The anonymous author, who has just begun his new hobby of analyzing TRX, has been unable to discover just one single positive element regarding the company. Imagine, research so one sided as to only build a list of con’s.
If we were getting paid by Jaime and his related friends to spread sewage, we too would make up a name, perhaps Bernie Madeoff, and ignore any seemingly positive company developments.
Our research would fail to uncover the extensive landholdings of TRX that include multiple gold projects, a diamond project, copper grab samples at Kibara, royalty partners on gold properties and the Kabanga nickel project.
We would definitely SELECTIVELY ignore the TRX website. Especially the 19 different projects (when Buckreef is included) that are noted as being TRX controlled. And of course any discussions on the quite prominent properties that host significant mineralization, that have already been tested and are awaiting resource estimates would never make it to our analysis as well. Out of sight, out of mind would be our mantra, and the (4) NI 43-101 technical reports completed (Kibara, Ushirombo, Lunguya and Kigosi), a NI 43-101 resource estimate on Buckreef and 6 properties being worked on by partners under royalty agreements would never see the light in our analysis.
Would we mention the CEO of TRX has personally afforded the company with over $32 million dollars and has displayed his expertise at raising capital, acquiring new properties and locating significant talent to run the companies on the ground operations? Would we mention the fact that he chaired the company which "found" and sold the Bulyanhulu mine to Barrick Gold, Bulyanhulu one of the largest mines in the world and located in Tanzania, adjacent to many of TRX holdings, and boasts resources north of 18 million ounces?
Would we mention that Tanzanian Royalty has stated that four projects are slated for production over the next 2 years one of which could come toward the end of 2011? Or that this would provide cash flow for Tanzanian Royalty and and would significantly enhance its exploration programs?
If we did mention that there are 19 TRX properties of which 6 are under royalty agreements
and which at some point in the future could provide additional earnings to TRX and its shareholders at little or no cost, we would have to look for another hobby to provide for our family.
No we would not mention any of this, nor that Jim Sinclair has an impeccable track record and is fully capable of building companies from the ground up.
Would we mention that anticipated production at Buckreef per IAM Golds previous work on the property could be upwards of 200,000 ounces annually?
Would we mention that if surface mining at Buckreef, Kigosi, Lunguya and Ushirombo are all producing by the time Buckreef commences below surface production, estimated in approximately 30 months time, the potential for significant earnings and cash flow for Tanzanian Royalty is staggering?
Would we mention that the President of the company has indicated publicly that he intends to pay dividends, IN GOLD, with these earnings?
Would we mention Tanzanian Royalty via its royalty agreements with Kibo Mining is entitled to a royalty on either of two gold projects optioned to Kibo?
And would we mention that one of these projects "Itetemia" contains 422,250 ounces of JORC compliant resources? Per the royalty agreements, Kibo is required to provide a feasibility study and production decision by the 5th Anniversary of the agreement. This occurs in January of 2012. Additionally the other project under agreement with Kibo "Luhala" contains another 111,900 ounces of JORC compliant resources.
NO JAIME AND FRIENDS, WE WOULD STAY CLEAR OF ALL THESE ITEMS. HOW ELSE COULD WE LIE ABOUT PUTTING A WORTHLESS PRICE TAG ON THIS COMPANY? IF WE MENTIONED THESE ITEMS, ONE CAN ANALYZE FOR THEMSELVES JUST HOW UNDERVALUED THIS COMPANY REALLY IS.
To sum up some of the things we or perhaps Bernie Madeoff would ignore:
2 million NI 43-101 compliant ounces at Buckreef of which TRX controls 55% or 1.1 million ounces. (4) NI 43-101 Technical Reports on various gold projects (Kigosi, Lunguya, Ushirombo, Kibara. Mineralization includes gold, silver, copper, nickel, PGM's and diamonds. Including Buckreef the company lists 19 projects in highly prolific and mining friendly Tanzania. 6 properties under royalty agreements with 4 different properties. 4,200 square kilometer Kabanga nickel project under royalty agreement with Songshan/Jinchuan mining of China. Partnered with the State Mining Co. of Tanzania (Stamico) on Buckreef. CEO Jim Sinclair, director Dr. Mruma has extensive geographic and geological experience within Tanzania. 4 projects going into production between year end 2011 thru 2013.
