Keep in mind my skepticism is borne out of wanting to make money not knocking down TRE just for the fun of it.

I would like to know how you conclude that TRE's action will be different going into summer. You seem so sure that you must have some kind of metric to assert such a position.

What tells you it will be going up? I had asked you about your June timeframe but you never answered.
