Can't remember when I said that, it could have been when I didn't have any dry powder left... don't know. But in general I rarely average down... just my own policy. Having said that, TTM is one of the rare stocks where I have averaged down. I did so recently with some purchases in the 20's.

However, I don't feel there is any rush... I expect TTM to trade at these levels for a while. Even if news is released it doesn't/won't make a difference in these markets for a while.
