Just received and read the circular. Thanx Molyplay for bringing this to my attention as I wouldn't have got around to reading this until the weekend.

The repricing is a slap in the face for all shareholders... my breakeven is about $1.20 - - - - I don't get to reset my break even to 60cts....!! And I/we purchased our shares with REAL MONEY!!!

I'm extremely dissappointed. I will definitely let my opinion on this matter be know to management BEFORE the meeting. I've already placed a call... CC not in today.

I will vote against the "Repricing of certain issued stock options".

As for the "New Plan"... I'm so pissed off about the repricing I will likely vote against that too. But this one is more normal course business for these juniors as much as I hate it.
