Message: Talk with CC lately?

Those are all valid questions and concerns that I know you are not the only person who feels this way. I will try and address them the best I can, and some of my answers are based on some speculation and assumptions.

First the lingering questions about the PFS:

No doubt there was much confusion over the report. Simply put there are no hard and fast rules/outlines for these reports. For example, (not bashing largo but am familiar with them) their report was about 5 pages long. Very many PEA reports are less than 10 pages long, basically saying not very much!

Now our report is 131 pages long! It is extremely detailed and therefore not many questions are left to be answered other than, more drilling to get to measured resource, FN agreement, and enviromental study, (since we purchased many additional properties and in no way will our tailings get spilled into a lake). Golder engineering is meeting with CC next week to lay out on paper what is left to be done. What is going to take the time is all the additional drilling. So what do we call the report, the worlds most detailed PEA!!!! CC went with Moose mountains recommendations to fast track this project. The report what ever you want to call it was done to let others know quickly what we have accomplished. IMHO it is an awful lot.

The mining equipment: As CC put it to me "multi million dollar deals take time" From what I know there is nothing to frighten me that this deal will not happen. You see the company they are negotiating with have other things on their plate to attend to. With us as investors and TTM in general we see the urgency and the other company although knows its importance is not sitting and waiting for this to happen. Possibly another reason is lets face it with the financial crisis they may have to re-write and re-evaluate the numbers. But both sides want to reach a deal.

CC would not take $5.00 buyout?

I cannot speak for the man. Sure at our current SP and these times 5 bucks would seem like one heck of a good deal. When he said this it was I believe back late spring or early summer. Would he take $5.00 now???? One has to understand that in this severe commodities correction you would take whatever the market would bear. No doubt if you ride it out when things turn around you would be offered more, I have no doubt about that. So 2-5 bucks now or possibly many times that later is the risk you take. We don't need to sell out for anything less than we want. Why give it away now when you can possibly reap bigger rewards later? Also it is just money to most of us. CC started this thing from scratch, put in lots of seed money and countless hours. Actually he totally loves what he is doing right now, it is not work to him. Therefore unless he is forced to we continue on, like he said before, "the chu is not for sale, but if the right price came along it could be". What that price is I do not know?

His goal is to build a mine, our goal is to get as much money as we can as quickly as we can. TTM like most resource stocks are now longer term plays barring a jv/buyout.

Everything is pointing towards a profitable mine here. And we will be rewarded when that time comes. Did I expect TTM shares to drop to these levels NO WAY. Nor did I think all resource stocks would take this pounding even the large producers. It is what it is and now we have to deal with whats infront of us. If bad news rocks TTM I will re-evaluate my time and investment here. Since that has not happened as of yet nothing has changed here as far as I am concerned. CC will build a mine. You have to look at your time frame and risk tolerance and if you cannot stomach what is going on around you (not to one person but to everyone) then you do no know yourself as well as you think. Since I am in the industry I discuss client expectations/emotions daily. People tend to forget that after every bear market is a bull market. In a 5 yr. business cycle at least 3 years are up and 2 are down. You may not think so today but these down markets come to an end. Keep in mind that the stock markets are leading indicators and therefore when they announce that things are rosy again the markets will be way up. They don't send out notices when this happens just as they did not tell us prior to the crash. Patience will pay off.
