Royke... delisting is not going to happen and the buy back has nothing to do with this idea. There are many companies listed on the venture with share prices well below TTM's.

The buy back is simply another tool for management to provide support and reduce the float when the share price is so low. It is a shrewd business decision IMHO. I like it.
