I agree with you. But the current economics might be the difference between an $8/sh and a $5/sh offer. Certainly buyers will low ball during this time.

As long as TTM doesn't run into any cash issues, they really can continue with business as usual. Everything they do adds value to the bottomline. If they are patience and steadfast with their objectives we will all be happy.

BTW - current market cap for TTM is 50mil x 0.3 = 15 mil not 1.5 mill BUT STILL very, very cheap. Especially when you consider they have an indicated 31 year mine with 700+mill lbs of moly in the ground.
