I checked with Tom and he said the pre-feas reports were expected last tuesday or wednesday and they did not arrive.

Now as far as the 45 days it is correct, "The reports have to be filed with Sedar 45 days from the release of the news or from September 3rd".

Now without purposely misleading anyone I would go out on a limb and say much sooner. Right now you can dream of reasons why it has not been released but the real one is, they don't have it.
