No and yes I did say that and I apologize for it. That is why I hate putting timeliness on things. The report was all but completed but there was some recommendations that came with an updated resource estimate that will be included in the report. Because of that it is unclear to me when it will be out. Who knows maybe there is no rush as there are .90 cent warrants to expire.

I have constant contact the management and I have seen no red flags. I know how disappointing these delays are and I know some people bet short-term money on the timing of these press releases. TTM may not be as transparant as some people think they should and perhaps they are correct.

Things and events or in this case non-events are done for a reason that are unclear to most including myself. Try and stay focussed on the prize at hand. Insiders don't normally load up prior to bad news/events.
