They have the largest law firm in the world ready to support efforts against the project, FREE OF CHARGE! They could tie this thing up in the courts for ever. But heck TCM had to pay 500k and promise only 1 mil per year for 6 years. And can back out at anytime. Essentially what they did is ensure that knowbody else will get it either.
